How to Increase Height While Sleeping

Rejoice you all shorties out there… there is hope, apparently and all you need to do is sleep.
Yes, you heard me right? Would you believe me if I say that you can gain almost an inch taller while you are sleeping?
Too good to be true, eh? It sounds funny, right ? Trust me, I thought so too… until I bought an Ebook titled “Grow Taller 4 Idiots.” And I was floored, so to speak. Whaddya know, I’ll be damned!!!
Okay, let me break down to you a fact that you won’t believe is true but it is true!
The truth is that your height is increasing like almost one inch while you are asleep. And of course, you’ll be be thinking why on earth then that you haven’t grown tall if that usually happens. Here is the explanation for that…
When you are in really deep slumber, your growth hormone does its job to thickening and lengthening your bones to make you grow taller. It is only then your growth hormone produced by your pituitary gland is released into your blood stream. It travels through your body and causes the thickening and lengthening of your bones which can help increase your height.
In short, what it means is that appropriate sleeping time (not longer, but better) and correct sleeping posture is very important for you to grow taller.

Your spinal column consists of 33 separate bone segments known as vertebrae held together by ligaments (tough and fibrous tissue). One important component of the spine is the cartilaginous pads called intervertebral discs. These discs are located between each of these 33 vertebraes. They are pads of soft tissue that lie between the vertebrae.

Its main function is to act as shock absorbers and provide separation between each vertebra. On average, your total discs account for one-quarter the length of your vertebral column - 4.5 to 6 inches for most people.

The thicker those discs, the longer your spinal column is and the taller you become.
These discs acquire nourishment through fluid-attracting and fluid-absorbing qualities of its jelly-like nucleus.

When you are sleeping the discs expand as they soak up fluid, increasing the length of the spine by as much as an inch overnight.

However, the pull of gravity during the day results in compression fatigue. That causes the average adult to lose an inch in height each day primarily because fluid is squeezed out of the spinal discs (this reverses during sleep).
Aside from being a connection and protection for the spines, the in-vertebral discs also functions as the fluid nutrient absorber. Everyday, you may be placing a large deal of weight on these factor for a period of time when you do strenuous work. This compresses the in-vertebral discs which shortens the spinal column.
During work throughout the day, the discs become compressed and thinner. However, once you started taking a rest and having enough sleep at night, the pressure on the discs is lessen which gives it a chance to relax and expand. The expansion of these discs is brought by lesser to no pressure and free nutrient absorption during that condition. This makes you taller while you sleep because the spinal column is stretched again due to the expansion of the in-vertebral discs.
Then again, growing about an inch during sleep is just temporary. As you wake up and do activities, the weight of your body and the weight of work will compress the discs again which brings you back to your height.
Now that you already know you actually grow taller while you sleep, the important thing is how to sustain such a height?
